Receive Offer Letter:
Get a Conditional or Unconditional Offer letter from the university.
Apply for Visa:
Accept the offer, obtain a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies), pay the fees, and apply for your student visa.
Financial Proof:
Demonstrate sufficient funds for tuition, living expenses, and travel.
Visa Approval & Travel:
Receive your visa, book travel, and prepare for departure.
Arrive & Register:
Complete the university registration process upon arrival.

Application Form:
Completed university application form via UCAS or university portal.
Passport Copy:
A valid passport for identification.
Academic Transcripts and Certificates:
Transcripts for previous qualifications like SSC, HSC, or bachelor’s degree.
English Language Proficiency:
IELTS, TOEFL, or other accepted tests.
Statement of Purpose (SOP):
A personal statement explaining why you want to study the course.
Letters of Recommendation (LORs):
From teachers, employers, or mentors.
Curriculum Vitae (CV):
Required for postgraduate programs (if applicable).
Financial Documents:
Proof of funds (bank statement, sponsor letter) for tuition and living expenses.
Visa Documents:
CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) once admitted.
Passport-Sized Photographs:
Typically, 2-3 recent passport-sized photos for the application and visa.

Application Processing Time:
Typically takes 3 weeks (15 working days).
Visa Processing Time:
Around 3 weeks after biometric appointment at the Visa Application Centre. During peak seasons, it may take up to 8 weeks.

Bachelors (Undergraduate):
IELTS 6, TOEFL iBT 80, PTE 55, or other accepted tests.
Masters (Postgraduate):
IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 88, PTE 58, or other accepted tests like Duolingo or Cambridge C1 Advanced.

Block Money (Proof of Funds):
You must demonstrate sufficient funds to cover your tuition fees and living expenses. Typically, BDT 26-30 lac in your bank account.
Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) Accepted?
Yes, FDR is accepted as proof of funds, but Provident Funds (PF) generally are not.
Bank Statement Amount:
Sufficient funds to cover tuition and living expenses. Minimum BDT 26-30 lac is required.
Bank Maturity Period:
The funds must be held in the account for at least 28 consecutive days (one month).
Bank Loan:
Accepted as proof of funds.

- Outside London: £10,000 - £55,000
Living Expenses:
- In London: £13,347
- Outside London: £10,224
Visa & IHS (Immigration Health Surcharge):

CGPA Requirements:
- Undergraduate: CGPA 2.5 to 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) (Lower Second Class Honours).
- Competitive Universities: A CGPA of 3.5 or above may be required for top-ranked universities.

Undergraduate Courses:
A gap of up to 2 years is generally accepted.
Postgraduate Courses:
A gap of up to 5 to 7 years is often accepted. Some universities may accept gaps of up to 10 years with valid reasons.

Only government-sponsored students or research-based postgraduate students can bring dependents.
For PhD and research-based Master's students, dependents are allowed.

Work Rights:
You can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during breaks.

Embassy Interview:
Yes, a video interview may be conducted by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
Embassy Location in Bangladesh:
The UK embassy is located in Bangladesh.

Graduate Route (Post-Study Work Visa):
- Eligibility: Must have completed a degree-level course from a UK institution.
- Duration: 2 years for most graduates, 3 years for PhD graduates.
